  • Abstract
    According to analysing the simulation done by the software ETA/Dynaform instead of experiments, the rules, which indicate the influence of the conditions to the forming speed, are summarized. The whole forming process was controlled through adjusting the blank holder force (BHF), stamping speed and the friction coefficients varied with time. It provides a theory basic to choose the reasonable parameters to improve the quality of drawing parts, shorten the cycle of mould design and prolong the life of the die.
