After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This paper has analyzed the definition of quality of college graduates´ employment, revealing the current situation and the main causes. Correspondent counter-measures are provided at the same time, including enhancing employment guidance for graduates, improving graduates´ employability, establishing correct mores and concept of employment and intensifying macro-control of the government.
