    In the cultivation of talents, universities should conform to the requirements of the new times and increase the intensity of educational reform in the new century. The introduction and implementation of bilingual teaching is an important measure to change the traditional education system fundamentally and set new scientific objectives of education. Especially, as an international specialty and discipline, computer specialty should be in line with the international practices as soon as possible. In this paper, a bilingual teaching method in computer specialty is proposed.
