Abstract :
According to the difference of materials production and their monitoring requirements, the monitoring levels are partitioned and designed and the multi-level materials monitoring mode is found. Aiming to materials tardiness, dynamic adjusting algorithm of linking local coordination with global coordination for lacking parts is brought forward and dynamic coordination structure is put up and adjustment steps are given. At last, a materials monitoring example in production management system implemented in a complex equipments enterprise is given to prove this method reasonable and effective.
