Abstract :
In the process of product design, structure, materials and process is interaction. Only knowing them as a system can design a good product. The designer make litter of structure, materials, process lead to a conflict between rational structure and emotional appearance, and the difference of concept design and the production program. The difference is sometimes a lot, and even unpredictable. Under the theory of the concurrent engineering and the deficiencies of designer, an intelligent assistant system of product form realization is established. The use proved it can reduce the difference, and conducive to the unification of structure rational and appearance emotional.
