After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

As the enrollment expansion of Independent College, the demand for teachers has increased dramatically. Taking the analysis of the characters of the students, cultivation purpose and the teaching faculty construction as the point of departure, this paper focuses on analyzing the problem existed in the teaching team construction in Independent College, and some improvement measures are proposed for teaching faculty construction according to the main problem.
