The strategic union study in the supply chain management of Rizhao Port

In order to enrich management ideas and enhance managerial levels of internal ports, three longitudinal strategic union-based double-pie graph supply chain groups are designed in this paper, by basing it on the project of ldquoMapping and Planning of Rizhao Portpsilas Economy and Portsrdquo, and considering the developing trend of the industries of Rizhao Port, its economic hinterland and its neighboring areas. The research shows that it will ensure the whole unionpsilas long-term and stable development to set up a multi-dimensional supporting system by integrating information exchange, pluralized investing and financing management, supporting facilities construction, and talentspsila positive mobilization, etc. In addition, the vague risk early warning system introduced in this paper, which is based on AHP and the entropy value method and revised by BP nerve network correction, will optimize the supply chain management of Rizhao Port.
