In this paper, the assessments of consumers are described by linguistic terms which can be expressed in fuzzy variable, and a fuzzy multiple attribute decision making method based on the fuzzy linguistic quantifier is proposed to deal with the problem of academic library service quality evaluation. Case study is provided to illustrate the implementation and effectiveness of the method.
