Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
In China, the students in independent colleges are generally single-child, live in a well-off family and lack of self-restraint capacity, leading to the poor performance on the study to some extent. Considering the situation above, after the exploration and practice for three years, the new education mode which based on their quality to explore the advantages of such backward students and inspire their self-management power, has achieved remarkable results.
