  • Abstract
Nowadays, the study of working schedule of orders is becoming even more important in the production management, because the supplying speed of the orders carries one of the key factors in the firm´s competition superiority. But the current methods, for example, the SPT rule & the EDD rule, can´t ensure that all of waiting-working time can be eliminated. And the best delay-supply time schedule method raised in this article is to find tasks with waiting-working time on the base of the EDD schedule. Then we adjust their scheduling positions by some rules to eliminate the waiting-working time. As a result, we can realize our hopes of the shortest average delay time. Finally, an example is given, and we test and verify its result. This method is simple and valid.
