  • Abstract
    This paper presents a study on the different influences of seven major factors, including government´s supervision, design standards, design quality, energy efficient materials, the quality of construction, operation and occupants´ behavior, on the building energy efficiency based on DEMATEL method, and gives suggestions for better implementation of building energy efficiency. The results show that the most important factors, which help to ensure the implementation of building energy efficiency, are our government´s supervision, design quality and the quality of construction, which should be strengthened in the future.
