Abstract :
Power supply is significant in the design of robot control system. A power design aiming at the requirement of wheeled mobile robot system is introduced in the paper. With battery pack used as input, the power circuit supplied multi-channel voltage outputs through step-up and step-down processes by the composition of switching regulator and linear regulator to meet different voltage requirements of the system while featuring high efficiency. With battery reverse protecting, switch debouncing and voltage monitoring function applied in the circuit, the design ensured system a stable operation while protecting the circuit hardware. The power design also has a certain range of applications in other control systems which requiring multi-channel voltage supplies.
