  • Abstract
    Docking mechanism was low degree of automation and behindhand in product line of honeycomb paper processing, so pneumatic control technology and structure of new docking mechanism had been designed based on simulation technique. First, the structure and working principle of docking mechanism were presented. Then, the motor process of docking mechanism was analysed used in the software of ADAMS, its pneumatic loop and electric loop was designed and optimized by way of the software of FluidSIM. At last, the docking mechanism had been effectively controlled and used in line of production. Now, the verification results showed that the machine had raised degree of automation, working efficiency and machining accuracy.
