  • Abstract
    In automated optical inspection of printed circuit board defects´ examination technology, the threshold value direct affects the inspection result. This paper uses fuzzy segmentation algorithm to segment image on PCB´s silk-screen layer and wiring layer respectively. Fuzzy segmentation algorithm has the advantages of automatic threshold searching, calculation simple and quick, that providing an effective guarantee for the PCB defects´ inspection, and on the different levels´ segmentation to make more comprehensive for PCB defects´ inspection.
