Abstract :
The entrance of Information Technology (IT) which now is Information Communication Technology (ICT) added a new relationship to companies, the "information technology-value". In most companies this relationship is related with the recovery of required costs of the infrastructure of information technology investments. A number of approaches for measuring business information systems cost-effectiveness through quantitative methods are used but this is not enough as information represents a value by itself and this should be measured too. This derives from the fact that information collection, study, analysis and presentation should be in a form that can assist companyss successful achievements. In this study we present a model that deals with measuring on how well information is presented, managed and usedby companies.
