Abstract :
Recently, education in Iraq is on the right way to develop its education systems. The goal is to make the Iraqi education in centre of the global map by enhancing the academic excellence; in 2012 the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research(MOHESR) in Iraq decided to give 10000 scholarships in PHD in all of the field for the Iraqi students (employee or none employee). That plan focuses to enhance the graduate studies in all the backgrounds. Since 2003 MOHESR has increase university number more than 10 universities (public and private). However, all of these universities use the e-government to connect with MOHESR, by using separate databases for each university that means there is independency. So any success plan and idea in only one university, it won´t be shared with others. Even if the government use more computerized and networked between their departments by interment and mail that makes the information available in one university, and might not be obtainable to other university. But the main issue in Iraqi higher education is the education is highly centralized. That means the any decision about the university is come from ministry of higher education. This paper create a architecture that uses data warehouse platform to merge the universities´ databases in one common warehouse with e-government Technologies, which increases sharing information among the university´s department itself and with other universities´ departments. Because of data warehouse application technologies can maximize the value of universities´ information and DW has all the significant role of sharing the information effectively.
