The perfect combination of the art of singing and modern network

Network singers, a group of musical people with network as their major communicative media, are a new kind of art forces with the full development of people´s personality in modern society and the increasing popularity of new media-network. The rising of network singers have brought great impact on Chinese music and song. This paper has explored the reasons of the rising of Chinese network singers and their great impact on Chinese art circles from the following three aspects: ideas from the community, network technology and the environment of arts.
