The study on the training mode of application-oriented design talents in German industry

As one of the important countries of industrial design in the world, Germany has developed a unique training mode of application-oriented design talents basic on its own characteristics. The mode provides Germany the continuous resource of excellent designers who offer first-class design service to domestic products and secure the position of ¿Made-in-Germany¿ in the world. This paper plans to analyze this training mode of talent and dig out useful points for the reference of college education of industrial design in China in order to further enhance the teaching quality of industrial design.
