  • Abstract
    This paper introduces the way and method which combines the traditional opera visual symbol and the zodiac character animation during the creation process of character animation. It analyzes the traditional role of the zodiac totem image and how to set its artistic image fusion, and the application and development of the visual symbol, image symbols and metaphorical symbol of Peking Opera sign in the animation. In summary, it show that the confluence of traditional art form and digital visual elements is very essential under the impact of digital visual elements and digital art is rooted in the national culture, draw the ethnic culture. To hold national cultural region characteristic and develop the traditional culture is the key to rich digital art language and correct performance of digital art form.
