After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The culinary culture should be ethnic and epoch-making. Under such cultural background, it is well worth studying how to understand the traditional paper-cut art in the application of restaurant design. With the integration of the elements of Chinese ancient traditional art in restaurant design, the design can absorb nutrition from the excellent traditional culture. It is contributively to the development of design with Chinese characteristics and will endow traditional art element with modernity and vitality.
