Abstract
This short paper presents the model of a broadband amplitude equalizer operating within the 6-18 GHz band. The equalizer attenuation decreases with increasing frequency, i.e., the equalizer characteristic behaves in opposition to any microwave passive components, e.g., cables, transmission lines, etc. Due to this, connecting the equalizer into a microwave system results in equalizing the frequency characteristics
