Abstract :
A formulation of the exact recursive least-squares adaptive lattice filter is derived that simultaneously uses both a priori and a posteriori lattice structures. It has two desirable properties. First, it uses direct updating of the reflection coefficients for increased numerical stability and accuracy, and second, it has reduced computational complexity with previous direct updating formulations
