Abstract
As a core business of logistic enterprise, logistics industry is focusing on the costs and benefits of logistic centers. Moreover, the location of the logistic centers plays a decisive role on whether it can give full play to their economies of scale and service advantages, but their influencing factors are numerous, uncertain and fuzzy. Therefore, how to choose the optimal logistic centers becomes a hot issue in logistics research. In this paper, value engineering (VE) is applied, on which basis new evaluation index systems of logistic centers location are worked out, and then AHP-multistage fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method is adopted to analyze them, in order to offer a rational order for the overall selection of logistic centers as a reference for actual decision-making.
