Abstract
Since recent studies are concentrating on negative experience such as ¿lostness¿ and ¿disorientation¿, we emphasized the importance of positive experience in the paper. To investigate which behaviour is related to the user satisfaction, this paper examines the relationship between operational measures of user behaviour and users´ positive experience. Several measures were used to evaluate the user behaviour, such as total task time, revisits and respond time. After the correlation analysis, we find that users´ positive experience is correlated with optimal path rate, total task time and other four measures. In next steps, these measures will be developed to evaluate the website quality.
