Summary of devepment and research status on electronic low vision aids

Low vision people refer to those whose best eyesight can only reach 0.05 to 0.3 after rectification. They can only read and write with the help of low vision aids. This paper attempts to giving a review on present available low vision aids to summarize existing problems also. Suggestions on introducing and applying usability research method will also be raised into development and research to effectually evaluate low vision aids and optimize product function.
