Abstract
In this paper, the finite element modelling method of micromachined airflow omnibearing level posture sensor is presented. Through building the three-dimensional model of the sense organ, the finite element analysis of the sensor is carried out by using ANSYS software. The results show that: (1)Using the symmetry of the sense organ, a half-model is built first, which is convenient in modeling and observation of the results;(2) In the large grads of the fluid, a denser mesh can help save time and improve accuracy. This modelling method is of great significance on the precise research of micromachined airflow omnibearing level posture sensorpsilas sensitive mechanism.
