Abstract :
The article describes the receiving module and reviews investigation results in the band of 183-207 GHz. The module is capable of simultaneous reception at 183.310 GHz (H2O), 184.378 GHz, 206.132 GHz (ozone), 204.352 GHz (ClO) and can be employed in spectrometers and radio measuring devices for the EHF range
