Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to show that the quadruplet obtained coincides with the quadruplet given by Bittanti (1986) within a nonsingular coordinate transformation in the state space, so that the application of the standard Rosenbrock´s strict system equivalence technique can be seen a different but equivalent way of obtaining the associated system
