  • Abstract
    The structure and principle of projected fringe phase minor translating equipment is introduced. Minor step system of 3D measuring instrument based on 4-step phase-translating method of projected fringe phase measurement profilometry is designed. Main functions and step angle subdivision theory of stepping motor driving chip 3955 are explained. 3955 chip is set and controlled by SCM AT89C52 through interface circuit, and stepping motor with two phases can be driven by two pieces of 3955 chip to realize minor step control. It can meet the need of acquiring fringe image every one fourth fringe period. It has simple structure and convenient operation function. Through body model fringe image measurement experiments, it shows that the design is feasible, and can meet the demand of industrial and 3D measurement.
