Abstract :
A generalized computation algorithm for obtaining static output feedback pole-assignment, is presented in a Grassmann space framework. It is shown that such a Grassmannian computation algorithm is natural and general with respect to intrinsic nonlinear features of output feedback pole-assignment, when compared with conventional algorithms based on a state space approach. Examples are provided to illustrate advantages over conventional computation algorithms
