Abstract :
The network data acquisition is developed based on the Cortex-M3 core, embedded real-time multi-tasking operating system uC/OSII and graphics support software uC/GUI, implement integration of intelligent gateway and portable data acquisition. Configurations of intelligent gateway and portable data collector avoid the involvement of the PC makes the configuration easier and faster. When used as an intelligent gateway, it can achieve the conversion of the Modbus protocol, CAN bus protocol as well as the Ethernet protocol, and can be achieved in determining an input bus protocol under the premise of two other bus protocols output function; when used as a portable data collector, through infrared wireless communication real-timed collect the industrial data and the data is stored in the storage device, real-time data can be displayed via text or curves. The network data acquisition achieved a variety of field bus protocols to coexist with an industrial site, through the choice of the function can easily and quickly switch between the intelligent gateway and portable data acquisition.
