Abstract
We demonstrate wavelength conversion of 160 Gbit/s DPSK and 320 Gbit/s DQPSK data signals by cascaded second-harmonic and difference frequency generation in a periodically poled LiNbO3 waveguide. Error free operation with negligible penalty is obtained.
