  • Abstract
    As the extension of MIMO technology in the system architecture with multiple cell sites, cooperative network MIMO is a hot topic for the research of future wireless communication. It is currently studied in 3GPP LTE-advanced and named as CoMP. In this paper we analyze the performance of network MIMO by theoretic calculation together with system level simulations. Cooperative schemes are introduced, modeled and simulated with the discussion and analysis of the results.
