Abstract
We report on the design theory and fabrication of silver/polystyrene(PS) coated hollow glass waveguides (HGWs) for THz radiation. We find that Ag/PS coated HGWs have significantly lower attenuation for 119 mum radiation than Ag-only HGWs.
