Abstract :
The report presents an overview of the main results obtained with the Frascati Tokamak Upgrade (FTU) machine after four years of operation, Information is given on FTU plasma scenarios (plasma start-up, current ramp-up and ramp down), conditioning of the vacuum chamber, plasma performance during ohmic discharges and commissioning work on additional radiofrequency heating systems. Finally, the major FTU modifications and improvements carried out during the last major shutdown are described
