Abstract
The PABADIS project aims at constructing a manufacturing execution system with a collection of autonomous production agents, which will co-operate to ensure the proper execution of manufacturing orders. This implementation addresses very flexible manufacturing systems, where machines are likely to be dynamically connected and re-configured in a network, and will provide future plants with highly variable and reactive tools for the management and the control of distributed production systems. We give an insight on the principles of the generation of product agents within a PABADIS agency.
