Abstract :
The aims of the paper are investigations, analysis and improvements of the small local network for electronic system of measuring railway vehicle wheel load. As a basis are used a system of measuring locomotive wheel load, developed in VTU T. Kableshkov, Sofia and a structure of a small local network, developed in TU, Sofia. The local network is organized between smart force sensors that are embedded in the rail track and a central computer. The used network is modified for the particular purposes. Strict logical rules for its organization are established. Diagnostic functions are embedded that permit an additional monitoring by a network service station. Special network function for force sensors calibration is added. The network is with simple structure, it is easy for use and optimization. It is adopted in several stands for static and dynamic load measuring and performs promising and safe work.
