  • Abstract
    Biometric represents in our days a solution to a lot of the user identification and security problems. The abuse on personal information´s and misuse, intentional and inadvertent is a gaping hole in many security equipments. Our paper will examine almost all the technological and feasibility aspects that can be used in developing applications such as biometrical passport. Many negative aspects influence the society, like it or not, they represent the future of our identification. All over the world the governments started to insert electronic chips into the passports of their peoples. The European Union and the United States of America are fighting very hard to introduce and standardize these electronic documents.
