Abstract :
This paper proposes a new method of group delay approximation in discrete-time systems, utilizing weighted equation-error criteria. The key ideas of the method presented here are to formulate the approximation to the linear problem in the group delay domain directly and to apply iterative near least error criteria. Some results are illustrated to verify the effectiveness of this method.
