Abstract
This paper describes the mechanism of synergetic, and bring the coordination into studying of operational efficiency of power system. Electric power market is a complex synergetic system and the multiple operational subsystems interacted with each other, which causes the synergistic effect and prompts electricity market operation to achieve the ultimate goal. There is a correspondence between the order parameter and assessment indicator system of operational efficiency. It leads to better analysis of the operation condition and realizes the process of effective competition.
