Abstract :
High-temperature tube of power station boiler in the context of operating in the rugged environment of high temperature and pressure at long-term, metallographic structure of tube will be changed and its stress will be increasing, eventually the tube rupture phenomenon will be occurred. In this paper, we measured the oxidation thickness of high-temperature tube by ultrasonic, and calculated the elevated temperature and the residual life. This paper elaborates on the relationship of oxidation thickness, elevated temperature and residual life and provides the servicing foundation for the power plant to prevent from occurrence of tube rupture phenomenon.
