Abstract :
With the building of simulation module by Matlab6.5, the characteristics of Bar Linkage Curve of Symmetrical Five-Bar Mechanism are studied on. Study found that bar linkage curve of Symmetrical Five Bar Mechanism has some special properties. The stability, similarity and symmetry of Bar Linkage Curve under certain condition are discovered. This article carries the thorough analysis on these characteristics of Bar Linkage Curve, which provides the theoretical basis for the regulation and classification of the Bar Linkage Curves of symmetrical Five-Bar Mechanism, the establishment of the electronic Feature Atlas and the definition of initial value in Mechanism optimization and synthesis.
