Abstract :
Microwave vacuum drying is a new technology which takes the advantages of both microwave and vacuum drying. The characteristics of microwave vacuum drying technology is suitable for food drying. A new method of computer auto-monitoring is reviewed in this paper. It can measure the real-time temperature, weight and degree of vacuum very conveniently. And it has settled the problem of monitoring water content during the drying. This system is convenient to record and check the data and result of the experiment without paper, Reliving the work of experiment and error, which is caused by people.
