  • Abstract
    The review of block diagrams of hybrid synthesizers based on phase locked-loop system and direct digital synthesizers is given in this paper. Mathematical models of power spectral density of phase noise of hybrid synthesizers were developed and investigated. Ways to reduce the level of synthesizers phase noise using optimum frequencies ratio and images of DDS output frequency were suggested.
