Abstract :
It was developed a remaining service life estimating technology of insulator for power distribution system. This remaining service life estimating technology is an organic insulator (epoxy, phenol, polyester resin) up to 235V to 77 kV, and is diagnosing surface insulation degradation. This technology is "a method of degradation diagnosis and remaining service life estimating." Establishment of theory, the deployment to a market, and the check by accuracy confirmation were performed.
