Abstract
From observations related to the French telephone network a decision system based on a fuzzy pattern recognition is proposed. The aim is to follow a complex system state evolution owing to appropriated membership function defined during the training phase. The decision system originality consists in following the system state evolution among all the combinations of couples of known functional states. The proposed system is built up in order to be applied to any complex system
