Abstract :
The traditional application of Combinatorial Auction in the Task assignment problem have limitations related to system robustness. In this paper, we present a Distributed Task assignment scheme based on Single-Unit Combinatorial Auction for UAVs with limited sensor and communication ranges. The scheme first clears up the collision using Auction Algorithm and then, assigns the tasks dynamically using improved Single-Unit Combinatorial Auction algorithm, and makes up for the deficiency of Combinatorial Auction applied in the Task assignment problem effectively. The results show that this scheme performs better than traditional Combinatorial Auction and Single-Item Auction.
