Abstract :
The half-bridge complementary-control converter (HBCC) has been proposed as a good solution for a low-output voltage DC-to-DC converter. A study of the dynamic of this converter using a symmetrical isolation transformer has already been introduced. This paper shows a generalization of the study using an asymmetric transformer. Some practical design rules have been proposed to facilitate the design of the compensation network. Finally, a dynamic study of the peak control current mode is presented
