Abstract :
2012 IEEE International Conference on Condition Monitoring and Diagnosis (IEEE-CMD2012) will be held in Bali, Indonesia on 23-27 September 2012. The previous conferences were held in Chang-won, Korea (2006), Beijing, China (2008), and Tokyo, Japan(2010). The conference has become a global important forum for exchange ideas, discussion and dissemination of research results and technologies in the field of condition monitoring and diagnosis. Conference venue of IEEE-CMD2012 is Inna Grand Bali Beach Hotel. The IEEE-CMD2012 is Co-organized by School of Electrical Engineering and Informatics Bandung Institute of Technology, Bandung and Department of Electrical Engineering, Udayana University, Denpasar, Indonesia and Sponsored by IEEE DEIS. After rigorous review, finally 302 papers from 33 countries are accepted. The papers will be presented in 21 oral sessions, 2 plenary sessions and 2 poster sessions. Keynote plenary invited lectures will be given by Dr. Tatsuki Okamoto from Japan dan Dr. Jitka Fuhr from Swiss, while plenary invited speeches will be delivered by Prof. Cengrong Li from China, Ir. Yanuar Hakim MSc. from Indonesia and Dr. Sang-Jin Kim from Korea. The 2012 IEEE CMD has been planned and organized by the International Advisary Committee, chaired by Prof. T. Tanaka from Japan, International Corresponding members and Dr. Harry Orton from Canada as IEEE DEIS representative and Organizing Committee members. We are greatly in debt to them, without whose enthusiastic efforts this conference would not have been possible.
