Abstract :
In this paper, we design a system, which can store the micro electrical energy(100~200mV, 5~10mA), without external electrical energy. The system respectively uses the super-capacitors and energy storage inductors to conduct two stage intermediate energy storage, then the electrical energy can increase level-wisely. When the strength of the energy which is stored in super-capacitors reaches a certain value, the electrical energy would be released steadily and rapidly through the PWM modulation circuit. The electrical energy (4.2V, 355mA) will be outputed on the output pad finally. It will be used to charge a storage battery.
